Weil mein Deutsch sehr schlecht ist:

Hi there, my tokay female laid 7 eggs this season and none of them has hatched so far. Is it possible that all 7 of them are infertile? Can they still hatch after 5 months? The eggs are not being guarded.

Thanks in advance ! Greetings David

The longest time for Gekko gecko eggs that I remember was 124 days.
Maybe you have a couple from very different Origin -

I can top this by far, my record was >170 days.
But that still is kind of the exception.
Typically, females choose a good place for oviposition and if the climate of the tank fits her needs, most eggs should take between 85 and 110 days to hatch.
Also it is quite unlikely that the eggs are infertile -otherwise most of them would have been eaten right after deposition.
Thus, I second Peters suggestion. If you have a pair from two very distinct locations, eggs may start developping but fail to make it to hatching.
Anyhow, still too early to tell...be patient and wait.
In the meantime check temps in the vicinity of the eggs and try to find out, where your gex -or their ancestors-do come from.

The eggs are not being guarded.
....agree to the above and you don´t need to guard the eggs, the Adults will not harm the hatchlings!

Last night I found a hatchling outside the tank.
It has shedded except for his feet. It seemed like it couldn't climb. I tried to take some pieces of with a pincet but it didn't work really well.
I put it in a small tank with a piece of corkbark and I'm keeping the tank warm.
How can I solve this problem? The poor fellow couldn't climb.
            Please help !

Maybe there is old skin on the feet, put him in a moist box, with wet kitchenpaper on the bottom for some minutes, then try again to get it of
              Best wishes
